Interview
Telephone interview, then assessment centre in Taunton. The AC was a pleasant experience, very well organised and run. It lasted two days. The AC consisted of 3 group exercises lasting around 1 hour each, two of which ended with a presentation. A interview not too dissimilar from the telephone interview, but with two competency questions at the end, just to see how you deal with a pressured situation. The interviewers were supportive and talkative. And finally a numerical and verbal ability test, both by SHL. The structure of the two days was varied for everyone, you may ave your interview on day one or day two.
