The application process took one week. Applied online and set up an interview through email correspondence. Had two people interview me, first a general interview where I answered generic questions and scenario based questions and then an activities focused interview

It was a very nice interview with very enthusiastic staff that are looking to provide a memorable summer for everyone involved in their company. They were very clear on what they wanted and required
Very smooth and engaging, we talked about the background and qualifications, hours, experience and expectations, the interviewer seemed to be very happy with what she is doing right now. Very pleasant experience.

Interview
Altogether is good. They will introduce themself and talk about the role details and then ask you to introduce yourself. After that, they will ask you ~ 4 scenario questions.
