Interview
I sent the application, which contained a cover letter and a video submission in August, and got the confirmation of my application along with the note that I will be contacted within a month. I followed up with them 5 weeks later and I was told they would reach out after reviewing the applications. I was contacted over two months after submitting the application and asked to schedule the interview ASAP (as in the following 5 days) in order to keep up with the interview cycle. I had an interview with HR and the line manager, it felt very rushed and unorganised. I did not really get a sense of what the job would consist of or what my responsibilities would be. I was then promptly informed that I am not invited for a second interview. While I do not feel like the interview went well, it also did not feel like a structured interview. I did not really talk much about my experience and it felt rushed.
