Two-stage interview process, first with a recruiter and subsequently with the hiring manager. The hiring manager started off our conversation by insulting me, insinuating that my layoff and presence on the job market indicates that there must be something wrong with me. They've since ghosted me.

The interview is easy, but last for a whole day. People are nice and easy going. Could not feel too much pressure from the work environment. could not feel too much energy from the culture. Everything looks slow.
