i applied for the job through a referral and the next day the recruiter emailed me to set up a time for an interview with people from the office. the interview was with two principal consultants and one consultant director. i got an offer two days later.

they mainly just asked me questions about stuff on my resume like my internship, leadership experience, tech electives, and skills. none of the questions were too difficult or technical. it was a very easy and laid-back interview.
