Was called on quickly after application, invited to come in for an interview. Professional, easy to talk to and very open about their technology, needs and what they're looking for. However this employer does not check salary requirements prior to calling you in and wasting your time. Only after the interview (several days later) did they contact me asking about my salary requirements (which was stated in the application process). After which they seems shocked at what I currently make, stated they'd run it by the team and get back to me.
I never heard from them again, even with a followup letter. Very unprofessional.
