Nice 45 min talk with their recruiter, including a presentation.
Coding test to be done in 1 week (2-3 hours per day). Even after accomplishing all their tasks on time considering clean code, good practices, etc... they simply told me they opted for another candidate - although the position is still open.
Not a problem only in this company, but the technical criteria could be minimally transparent and a feedback could be given to avoid any speculation about the process fairness. Candidates spend several hours in a test. A fair feedback by phone wouldn't last not even 15 min.
But this is a free market: companies can do whatever they want - and we can criticize them however we want here.
