I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Thessaloníki, Western Macedonia) in Nov 2025
Interview
Interview was split into two parts. First was a talk with an HR person, pretty standard stuff about previous experience, presentation of the company and details about it, questions about why I want to join them etc. Second part was an interview with a senior manager on the subject which was a lot more technical. The manager asked a lot of questions on various topics of the subject to establish my knowledge and my level. Overall the experience was ok, both interviewers were professional and weren't rude and didn't try to make me uncomfortable or insult me. I didn't answer some of the questions because I wasn't prepared as I should have but at the first part of the interview, when discussing about salary, their expected range was too low for someone with my resume so I doubt the final result would be much different.

Interview
The interview process took a long 2.5 months. They called me before Christmas 2025 and scheduled an interview for the New Year (mid-January). I had my first HR interview and it went well, except for the salary part, where they soft-argued that the money I was asking for is meant for more senior positions. My response was that I cannot go lower than my current salary.
Either way, I also did their technical ML interview, which took about 30 minutes and consisted mostly of questions about my CV. I explained a specific project, and the interviewer asked questions that required me to explain my thought process. After that, a long period of 20 days passed without any update. I had to email them, and they got in touch with me by phone the next day, indicating that they had obviously either forgotten about the process or deliberately frozen it.
On the phone, we scheduled the next part, which was a "Partner Interview." The interview was again 30 minutes, and the interviewer was 8 minutes late! It was very similar to the first one (HR), with no new information shared or questions asked. The interviewer told me that I would get an answer in 3-4 working days. Guess what: 14 days passed without news. I emailed them again, and they got back to me saying that the process would conclude the following week. Then, I received an automated email stating they would proceed with other candidates.
Total waste of time, without any feedback.
