The interview process is as follows: 1. online numerical and verbal test, 2. HR 30-minute behaviour interview, 3. online hour interview with a senior consultant consisting of a case and a behavioural, 4. same online hour interview with a director, 5. 30-minute behavioural interview with partner. The first interview with the senior consultant went well, some brain teaser. classic behaviour questions, and quite a straightforward case. I made it to the second round with the director, which was, let's say, strange. Firstly, despite the fact that the job posting was in English and it's a regional team, they couldn't decide if they wanted to have the interview in English or in Czech. Then, the way the interviewer was asking questions was very unclear, unnecessarily pushing back. I didn't know in the brain teasers if he wanted to know the answer, the process or just lecture me on how to do it. Also, the case itself wasn't even a proper one that someone actually thought about; again, it was an unclear question where you're supposed to think of the one right answer that pleases the interviewer. Overall, the attitude was just off. However, the worst thing is that I was never told if I passed this stage of the interview. I wrote a follow-up after a week, asking if I made it to the next round. They replied that they would let me know, but they never did. I got straight-up ghosted. So if you value your time, I would recommend avoiding EY-P and looking somewhere else.
