Interview
2 30-minute teams calls back to back - first with Senior Manager, second with Partner. The SM was more focused on behavioral questions while the Partner wanted to get to know me as a person. The overall theme is to show you can hold a genuine conversation and you are a decent person to work with.
Completed assessment now moving forward to interview will update as soon as im done, will let you know. Assessment was easy, if you know basic accounting and how to calculate in your head.
It was very easy, I simply talked to them at a job fair and they were very helpful on how I should proceed, I have yet to conduct an actual interview anywhere so this is the best I can contribute
EY One assessment - Situational questions where they give you a scenario and ask you to present it. The test also includes numerical and verbal questions. Lasts for about an hour.
