Interview
The interview process was in rush, EY accepted last min changes suggested by client & not rsepecting Interviewee convinience, The hiring team , Talent Acquistion arent professional and they calling me on whats app. They are not even understanding that I can be in meetings on a working day with multiple calls from 3 different people ( Hiring / TAG & HR). I havent faced hiring taken so seriously that HR calls at 9 PM in the night . The interviewer from client side was so rude that he didnt let me finish what I was expalining , He just asked me to stop ( not even polite or diplomatically)
Two rounds of interview. First with Senior Manager or Director. Final with Partner. First mostly technical, second more relaxed, seeing fit and all that. Overall chill and not that bad

Straight forward process. Not very thorough and interviewer asked fairly basic questions. Didn't give much information about the company, clients or culture which would have been useful. Seemed fairly disinterested.
