Through Employee referral, received call from HR person to come for an interview with Partner. had an hour long interview with Partner and the HR person ( who was new ) and only asked me one Question. after the interview partner showed me the office.
They did a background check and Received offer within one Week.

Applying via career page in their webpage: either uploading your CV or giving a link to LinkedIn; Firs interview is held with HR manager: checking your general background, interest, checking some basic knowledge that would be required for the position that you are applying. In case of success, the next meeting is organised with senior manager and sometimes senior manager that you are going to work for. Checking more specific knowledge required for the job. In some cases the interview process might end here, or you may be asked to come to meet other senior managers or company partners.
