Interview
I was interviewed for Oracle ERP practice. They mostly ask questions from Oracle SCM, mainly on min-max planning, capacity planning, Forecast management. Initially, I was asked to undergo a telephonic interview, explaining about my previous roles in IT consulting, the projects I worked on, how much process improvement was achieved. Then I was invited for face to face interview asking questions of ERP system design under different business cases.

How would you implement define forecast for planning end items when the final Bill of Material has not been defined, instead the dummy items are defined in the structure.
How would you use forecast consumption? Inline or explicitly in MRP using planning manager?

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
