Second Round: Group Discussion Rejected
Third Round: My friends gave were one HR round and other was a technical round.
Technical round and online aptitude rounds are easy, we only have worry about HR and GD rounds.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
Multi-stage interview process with EY Corporate Finance, including HR screening, technical case interviews, and fit discussions. Process was professional and structured, with a strong focus on financial analysis, commercial thinking, and communication skills.
