      Applications Developer/Data Analyst Interview

      13 Mar 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Cleveland, OH
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2012

      Interview

EY gave a presentation in our university and collected resume. After 2 weeks I got email for first phone interview scheduling. First interview was on phone taken by a senior employee. It consisted on general discussion on my resume and experience with SQL Server and .net. Next day I got email for final interview round which was scheduled exactly one month later. Final round was long and tiring. They took technical written test, followed by business writing written, lunch break and office tour, followed by 3 interviews back to back. Technical test was conceptual and easy based on basic sql (join, group by, etc.)and general programming with some questions on .net as well(if u score good on this chances are more). Business writing was general writing on a topic just to check your writing skills. Interview were easy very few tech. questions and more of discussion on exp with sql server & .net, resume, job responsibilities and one interview devoted to HR fully. Overall it was good they make you feel comfortable and everyone is very friendly.
