Casual interview with questions about yourself and other behavioral ones. Interview is with one tax partner and one director/senior manager. I thought it was easy and that I aced it but it's been a month and I haven't heard from them so probably easy interview is not at all a good thing

2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
