I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
CV review, followed by online tests (easy), followed by phone interview (strengths-based, easy), followed by assessment day. The assessment day consisted of 2x networking sessions (1 unassessed with graduates, 1 assessed with recruiters) followed by another test (numerical, data, and verbal - quite short, quite easy) and several group exercises including presentations. Overall it was quite fun. Finally I was invited to final interview with a partner. This was again strengths-based and lasted about an hour.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
The whole process is very organised. The assessment centre is very intense and challenging and can not really prepare for it. Final interview is relaxing but depends on the interviewer.
Online psychometric assessment, phone call with a member of the recruitment team and a day long assessment centre which included two interviews, another psychometric assessment and a group case study.
