I was interviewed for EY Halifax (Canada) in March 2018. Initially I had HR round and then shortlisted for telecon technical interview with panel of 3 folks. When interview started, only one interviewer came only as other 2 got occupied in something else. He asked some PM questions which were easy and additionally mentioned that as majority of panel had not come on board, he will check what need to be done with interview process. After 2 weeks, surprisingly I got mail regarding rejection. When I asked HR for feedback, nothing was shared. So, I felt interview was not fair in this MNC.

Interview
This was more than 2 years ago. All the interview process was fine except the last round i.e., managerial round. I was getting interviewed for Salesforce Technical Manager. 2 people took interview. 1st they told you have to work as individual contributor. Then they told you might also have to do BA work. Then they asked if I have domain knowledge. Then they started asking wave equation being part of domain knowledge. These are renowned companies and some amount of professionalism is expected from them. Really disappointed with the interview. If they don't want to hire, why do you take interviews and waste someone's time.
