Interview
I interned for 3 months then was offered a position. During the interview for the internship I was asked the usual questions about strengths and weaknesses, why are you interested in this position. The interview for the internship was with about 4 - 5 senior level individuals.

Not too many substantive questions. It seemed like they wanted you to talk and let your personality come through.
