I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2020
Interview
First they had a pre-recorded interview with a candidate. Then you interview with the manager of the firm. The manager interview is a case+ behavioral interview. The case is given to you as a slide deck. The behaviorals are crafted for you. In the behavioral portion of the pattern they will also see how you think and ask you brain storming questions. The behavioral question will also ask you to explain your technical knowledge.

Interview
Got a phone call along with an email for round 1 invitation. Mostly behavioural questions with some questions from my resume. It was done through teams meeting and pretty casual.
I had a very good interview experience. The hiring manager made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. It was more like a formal conversation. The questions were mostly based on my education.
