I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2020
Interview
First virtual questions were moderately hard. Second round were super fantastic, just be yourself and you wont have any issues. I had all my interviews virtually because of covid-19. There are three trials given in the first interview. I would recommend really watching interview videos for EY on YouTube, as well as knowing a part of their Financial statements of that year. When interviewing, id also recommend knowing your resume really well.

Question 1
Q: Tell us about a time where you had a problem in a team and how did you solve it
Heard back about 2-3 weeks after I applied online. I then had two back to back thirty minute behavioral interviews with one interviewer per interview. My interviewers were from the office I was applying to. Practically no technical questions.

Question 1
How do you balance all your extracurriculars and job while maintaining good grades
Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with a manager and an analyst. This was for the tech launch. All behavioral, just have a response prepared for times you've worked with complex data.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked with complex data.
The interview process was two stages with two different senior managers who just asked mainly behavioral questions. It was mostly conversational. If you just be yourself, it won't necessarily be a hard interview.
