I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Salem, MA) in Jul 2020
Interview
First you go through an awkward self recording interview, second part is a live interview online with a partner and a manager of two different service lines and they ask you behavioral questions and ask for example of times you've had to do group work. They're basically gauging if you're a hardworking team player or a slacker.

Question 1
Describe one time you had to work in a group and everything did not go as planned?
Heard back about 2-3 weeks after I applied online. I then had two back to back thirty minute behavioral interviews with one interviewer per interview. My interviewers were from the office I was applying to. Practically no technical questions.

Question 1
How do you balance all your extracurriculars and job while maintaining good grades
Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with a manager and an analyst. This was for the tech launch. All behavioral, just have a response prepared for times you've worked with complex data.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked with complex data.
The interview process was two stages with two different senior managers who just asked mainly behavioral questions. It was mostly conversational. If you just be yourself, it won't necessarily be a hard interview.

Question 1
They will most likely ask you, "Tell me something about yourself."
