Interview
Interview with an HR specialist followed by an interview with Assistant Director and Associate Director, as well as a future teammate, followed by an interview with a more senior Associate Director and Director. The HR interview focused on benefits, expectations, verification of prior work experience, and similar. The first management interview discussed mutual expectations, some verbal quizzing on skillsets and experience, and a general "compatibility" assessment. The final interview involved a 2 hour general discussion about the industry space, philosophy/opinions on a variety of topics, and an introduction to the Director.

Comprehensive interview process, began with a Hirevue assessment and three interviews. First interview was a mix of behavioural and technical and the second was a mix between behavioural and scenario. Third interview was an informal interview with people at the same rank.
