Interviewed non-technical before technical. HR arranged interviews in the wrong order, leading to unnecessary interviews. Long time gaps between each round (1 to 2 weeks). Interview frequently pushed back last minute because interviewer was busy with something

There are 3 rounds; 1 and 2 are technical interview rounds, and the 3rd is the HR final discussion.

First, there was an HR call for this role where they checked whether I would be a good fit for the position. Next, I had a discussion with the technical manager, where we talked about my previous experience and my skill set. The next round will be a technical interview where they will discuss topics related to Python, SQL, and machine learning concepts.
