Applied online and got the interview offer through email. Was a group interview with the partner and 4 interviewees including myself. The entire process was pretty relaxed since the partner was talking most of the time. All behavioral questions and no technical or difficult questions. Lasted about 1.5 hours but didn't feel like it at all.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
