Received HR confirmation for Manager, Senior Manager, and Partner interviews, and each took about 1 hour. Five days after the interview, HR reached out for offer details and discussed the salary level.

Previous experience, specifically in financial accounting and finance areas
Interview was with 2 people, virtual interviews. 1 with Manager level - very behavioral heavy, less conversational, some Q&A. 2nd with Partner level - very conversational, asking on previous experience, experience with tech, what industries I expertised in, etc.

The process was okay but the feedback after the interview was not.
I mean if the person didn't qualify, why not send out the email in the latest days or even a week after the interview but you wait for over a year before you send an email that the person didn't qualify with no feedback on why whatsoever
Very laid back process and felt more like a conversation than an interview. A lot of the focus was on learning about the firm and then I was given time to ask questions.
