Interview
Had an online assessment and then 2 interviews.
The online assessment was very simple focusing on your overall skills and some basic technical skills.
2nd interview was a case interview that focused around the sector I was interviewing for along with some questions from my response to my solution on the case.
The final interview was a behavioral interview. It was a simple behavioral interview. Just like the regular interviews
Interview process is made of some technical questions and soft skill assessment. The interviewer was very professional and assessed very fairly. Some case study was also presented and performance were reviewed

Question 1
What is supply chain in your definition and what is it like of a bad supply chain and good supply chain
The first interview was with HR and then followed by User Interview (1-3 weeks after the HR interview). They used English mainly. HR interview covered behavioral questions, meanwhile the User Interview was very technical.
First started with application, then practice sessions with group, then on interview day, a group zoom call where you enter a room with the person you will be interviewing with.
