I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Southampton, England) in Feb 2015
Interview
Two interviews:
First stage face-to-face interview, success rate ranges around 50 percent. One of very few employers that offer face-to-face interviews as opposed to phone interviews. Consequently it is easier to convey your answers.
Final partner interview pertaining to a successful assessment centre, success rate around 70 percent. More of a two way informal conversation.

The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself
*tip: be prepared with questions to ask the interviewer
Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
