I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Houston, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
Long series of interviews: 1) recruiter, 2) HR Partner, 4) Senior Manager, and then 4) onsite interview with a consultant, a Senior Manager, and a Partner. All interviewers were kind and professional. Under different circumstances, I would be very interested in joining one of their teams. In fact, I still consider it. All interviewers were honest and sincere about their own experiences, good and bad. I am far more impressed by that honesty than by a firm who tries to show only the positive sides.
3 rounds, including a case study. Very classic consulting interview you could imagine.
Be well prepared and show your industry knowledge. Present your answer in an organised manner
Also, show your can do attitude as it is important
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (New Delhi) in May 2026
Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
