You take the English and General Proficiency Exam and if you are successful, Human Resources offers you certain conditions and you are invited to a Manager interview, and if you are successful in the Manager interview, you have to take the Partner Interview.

Can you work at a consistently high pace and why do you want to work here?
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
