I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2011
Interview
3 rounds of interviews : Consultant, HR, Partner. Started with an on-campus interview with a consultant who had graduated from the same school. Then a phone screen from the HR person - more reference checks and experience questions. Then the final interview was with a Partner within the practice. This was to ensure there was a good fit with the personality and working style.
