First stage, needs to undergo the simulation assessment. Then, second stage I’ve been called for the interview session with the Associate Partner. Had a very bad experience of interview ever with the interviewer, as for me they didn’t even show interest to interview, also they’re very rude and belittling if you’re not able to answer certain questions. Even when it comes to answering questions, they ended up didn’t even answer my questions and looked down on me at the end of the session. Thought the big company would at least give proper interview but ended up being looked down instead.

Question 1
What do you understand about the role? What is Identity? Describe in detail. Why do you apply for this role?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process. After completing an online assessment in the second week of March, I was informed a week later that the company was interested in progressing me to the next stage. I was told to expect an invitation for a physical assessment and an interview with a department member. However, that invitation never came.
Despite following up, I was eventually told the role would no longer be filled due to a shift in priorities. Throughout the process, communication from the recruiter was slow, and updates often came only after I followed up myself. Promised timelines were missed without explanation.
This experience left me with a very negative impression of the company. Candidates invest time and effort into these processes and deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. I hope the company reconsiders how it engages with applicants in the future and takes steps to improve transparency and communication.
