There was a phone interview with basic questions around my resume. A technical round where I was asked to code up a few problems and conceptual questions were asked about AI and ML. Finally there was a managerial round with largely behavioural questions.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
Multi-stage interview process with EY Corporate Finance, including HR screening, technical case interviews, and fit discussions. Process was professional and structured, with a strong focus on financial analysis, commercial thinking, and communication skills.
