Interview
The selection process consists of several stages: CV screening, an online aptitude test, an interview with managers, and finally an interview with the partners, where you have to present a case study under 15 minutes and be asked some behavioural questions. On average, the process took approximately three months to complete. The application window opened in March 2025.

The interview process was quite straightforward. Case + behavioural interviews, with the latter covering questions on teamwork, adaptability, weakness / strengths. Having in mind the STAR framework would help to articulate your experiences

After the online application, you will go through to the online assessment stage which includes behavioural and technical case study assessments. It includes multiple-choice, short answers as well as video answers.
