Interview
The interview process began with a direct interview with the hiring user, with the HR stage being skipped. This was followed by a case study assignment. The final stage was an interview with the line manager to discuss the overall fit.
Multi round interview depending on seniority. First round usually with junior and mid level team.
Case study required once you get pass first round
Fit is more important than raw technical skills. Since most hard skills can be picked up relatively easily.

Quite good and basic , kind, not much to say but yeah, its pretty long and irrespnsive sih on the bad side but thats okay. Kinda expected it for a big company
