As because of many Directors factory was in mess. I was called at Nizamabad and asked if I could handle the situation by all means and run smoothly. Factory had all sections of Pharma like tablet, capsule, injectable, ointments and syrups. I was asked about background and capabilities. As I started my carrier Factory manager in 1983 and handled labour agreements etc. , they were convinced.
