It was very straightforward and streamlined, conducted remotely during the height of Covid-19 via two phone calls with the Executive Director.
The first phone call featured an overview of the position, along with a handful of questions. The second was a more in-depth breakdown of the role's needs and expectations, with time given for the candidate to ask additional questions. The "tone" of the interview was convivial and exploratory rather than interrogative, and overall, it was quite pleasant.
