The interview process consisted of two stages: first with the CEO and then with the team. Overall, the experience was positive and well-structured. During the process, an additional task was introduced that had not been previously discussed. I had shared my salary expectations from the beginning, and later learned that the budget for the role did not align with those expectations. Clearer communication around this earlier in the process would have been helpful. I turned down the offer for that reason.

El proceso en sí es rápido, me tocaron tres entrevistas: RRHH, la gerente y el CEO. Desde el inicio preguntan cuánto ganas y el motivo por el que deseas moverte de empleo. En mi caso, lo desagradable de la experiencia fue que a pesar de dejar claro que buscaba una mejora salarial y haber dicho mi sueldo actual, la carta oferta final era por bastante menos de lo que era mi sueldo y también bastante menos de lo que era el salario ofrecido en la vacante.
