The entire phone interview process has been very professional. I was notified via email about the interview 2 days prior, sent a reminder a day before, and another reminder an hour before. Ms. Cora Moen - the recruitment specialist that interviewed me has been phenomenal. She made me feel at ease and asked very pertinent questions while adequately explaining the role and useful information about the company and answered all my questions professionally to my satisfaction. I am yet to receive an offer but Ecolab proves to be a great company to work for. - Daniel B. -

Very straightforward and to the point. I really appreciated the transparency. Questions that were asked definitely helped me get a feel for the day to day expectations. Recruiter and managers alike were well informed of the duties and responsibilities for the position.
