Interview
Interviewers were snacking while interviewing which I found was rather unprofessional. Strong emphasis on being able to speak a certain language which was not included in the JD.. it should be part of the initial HR screening process so as to not waste the interviewers’ and interviewee’s time. Was put on the spot of having to converse in that particular language which took me by (a bad kind of) surprise.
There are 2 rounds of interview. First round with the hiring managers and second round is a case study.
Long process with many rounds of interviews but very systematic overall. A presentation on a case study was required, which was not common as compared with other agencies. A good experience.
4 rounds (2 interviewers each time) plus an email written test (2 translations), general interview questions and nothing too surprising. casual conversation asking your interests and background, why you chose the company etc

I interview at Edelman. The interview duration depands. There is a phone interview with HR then written test and F2F interview with management at last. The interview experience is good overall.
