Group discussion (1/2 h), written exercise (1 h), technical interview - including presentation of the written exercise (1 h), Competency interview (1/2 h). The whole assessment process takes a whole day, including break and some company presentations given by several employees. The atmosphere is very friendly, it gives you a good feeling. You can ask whatever questions you want and this is very encouraged.
