If they like you a second time, they'll fly you out to their NJ headquarters later down the line. They'll interview you with the various people in the Business Intelligence Department along with some cross-functional employees and managers to see if you have the prerequisite basic excel knowledge and business knowledge, minimum experience. They are looking for tech-savvy analysists who are willing to adapt and grind it out in an "entrepreneurial environment", meaning a small-to-medium sized company of 50ish employees. You'll take an excel proficiency test or 2. Maybe a technology familiarity test as well. Then you'll fill out paperwork noting references, etc. If they choose you, they'll call you back maybe a week to a month later.
