I had an initial pre-screening interview with HR then I had a written one-page policy memo activity with 48 hours to complete. After I had a panel interview with 3 people
Will require a writing sample. Several rounds required, a total of 3 I believe. Reference checks required as well. Easy to talk to during interviews and very fluid interviewers in my experience.

Three rounds of interviews. The first round I was sent the questions 30 minutes in advance. Next was a performance task (policy memo) before meeting with two other senior members of the team. Finally, I met with one of the directors/team leads. The whole process took around 2 months.
