Easygoing process. The interview held by the owner. Wants to understand the level of your English and if you are able to deliver the job. The job was for 2 months if I remember well. The only thing I would suggest to an interviewee to take into consideration, is that they don't offer the appropriate visa. They "force" you to get a tourist one. Perhaps this was the case for that position, something that made me worry and thus, I had to turn the offer.
