Very detailed interview and hiring process. You can be assured that they do a full back ground and criminal record check on you. As irritating as it is, I feel safe knowing how they look into all aspects of your life before they hire anyone

Question 1
I don't remember it's been so long...but it was a huge pain to find out where to get fingerprinted.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
