Interview
The firm does a complete background check, requiring finger prints, assessment questionnaire, telephone interview and/or video interview, drug test and onboarding paperwork. The process is long and takes some time.

Question 1
What is your experience in the financial industry?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
