The hiring process at Egress takes an average of 11 days when considering 3 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Executive Asssistant had the quickest hiring process (on average 1 day), whereas Business Development Representative (BDR) roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 21 days).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Egress in Oct 2023
Interview
Contacted by internal recruiter, interviewed online, then another interview with head of BDR team, they were both very friendly and gave a great impression. Was invited to a final stage interview with the CRO, turned out to be a massive waste of my time as the interview was ended abruptly by a small detail that, if it mattered to them, should have been mentioned in the first interview. This detail had been discussed in the earlier interviews and at no point did anyone lower down the management structure raise issue with it, then the CRO said it was a dealbreaker when he found out. Ended up wasting two weeks of both of our time.

Question 1
Why are you interested in a career in cybersecurity?
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Egress (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
2 stage video call. First with recruiter, second with hiring manager. Some technical questions but overall not too difficult. Hiring manager was nice enough to speak to but personally, I got the feeling she lacked leadership skills.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Egress in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied for the position on LinkedIn and had a call with Chris in recruitment. Fairly straightforward, asked me a couple of questions then went on to talk about the role. Asked what my Salary expectations were and was told I was in the ballpark of what they would offer and I would be invited to interview in a couple of days.
The company have then re advertised the position today with a lower salary. Im actively looking for work so better to be honest rather then waste my time. Bad company ethics
