I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EiS (Turin) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a very informal interview for an intern position focused on attitude more than on previous knowledge. HR was friendly and helpful and I got an answer right after I finished.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EiS (Turin)
Interview
I was contacted by email through my university after the graduation.
First round: interview with HR, quite easy with basic questions only to understand your interests and motivation (30 minutes)
Second round: interview with a senior manager together with the account manager (almost 2 hours)
First of all, they give you a quick logical test. After the interview was really strange with specific questions about many academic courses that I have attended during the master.
The atmosphere was like an exam and the senior manager did everything to put a lot of pression e make me feel stress even if I was really clear and competent to answer. The questions was about a lot of topics not related to the job position (the manager also asked me, giving me a sheet and a pen, mathematical formulas on statistical distributions).
They also don't give you a feedback after the interview, even if they promise it for everyone.
They never told me something about the type of contract even after the second interview ( you don't know if is an internship or not). They are really unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EiS in Dec 2016
Interview
All process done in one week, a couple of interview, one with the HR and one technical interview, first one was easy, classic questions like "your pros and cons", "why would you like to change job" etc, second one a little bit harder, technical specific questions about data structures and collections.
