A total of two interviews in two different locations. The process was straight forward without much problem or delay. Heard back from them within two days. They also had me take four long test for Customer service before I got the job.

Interview
The interview process was slow and disorganized. The recruiter called me over 30 minutes late for a scheduled phone interview. The 1st in-person interview was both in English and Spanish. The second in-person interview had to be rescheduled, the manager was off that day. On my first day, the manager was not ready for me and I had no access to the system. Spent the whole day cleaning my desk.
