-First round was an informational session with a group of about 7, then they select a few people to move to round two. My interview was cringey to say the least. One male management guy made a sexual comment and blurted out the words "Get Naked"? , because he thought I said them..thankfully, the other two managements were like no, she didn't. He turned red tomato and they all laughed. Like WTF. He asked me a few situational questions as if he's trying to determine if I were a snitch (ex: if you see a coworker using their phone, what would you do? If a coworker calls in sick, what would you do?) - you're management, that's your job to deal with it. My interview was on a Frid and was told that if I don't hear from them on Frid of next week, then they wish me luck with my search. They sent me the employment form to fill out 3 hrs after my second interview. Had they only taken notes during my interviews and looked at my resume, they wouldn't had sent me the form to fill out. Everything was there. I felt like they uploaded their work to me to do it for them. Bad sign already. Formatting was terrible. Everything shifted each time I attempted to fill out the form. I printed out the form, filled out by hand and sent it back as a pdf on Monday. After that, they ghosted me. Why send someone an employment form to fill out if you have no intention of hiring them? or at least, out of courtesy and for wasting their time, send a one liner email to say otherwise. Terrible environment: lack of communication, sexual innuendos, shifting work load to others instead of doing their own job. A the end, glad they ghosted me. I wouldn't want to be in that work environment. Terrible experience all together. And it's a CALL CENTER, 20-30 calls per day. The recruiter sent me the job description and it was stated in there that it wasn't a call center,...LIES.
